Profiteroles are classical puff cream dessert with recognizable vanilla favor. The choux pastry ball is 19^th century French dessert with typically sweet and moist filling whipped vanilla cream. The size, form and filling vary enormously but the delicious combination of coffee and profiterole has never changed. Our profiteroles are fine dessert filled with whipped cream – ideal for unexpected guests, kid’s party or afternoon tea.
